This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Firstnym are processed, shipped, and supported. It is written to align with our current fashion catalog and the shipping information presented during checkout.

Standard shipping fee: $6.99 per order.

1. Product Lines Covered

This policy applies to the women's fashion collections currently sold on our storefront, including apparel categories shown on product pages and at checkout.

  • Tops: Blouses, shirts, T-shirts, tanks, knit tops, cardigans, hoodies and sweatshirts.
  • Outerwear: Blazers, jackets, coats, trench coats and faux-fur outerwear.
  • Dresses & One-Piece Styles: Dresses, sweater dresses, bodysuits, jumpsuits and rompers.
  • Denim: Jeans, denim jackets, denim tops, denim shorts and denim sets.
  • Bottoms: Pants, leggings, shorts, skirts, sweatpants and sweater bottoms.
  • Matching Sets: Two-piece sets, pants sets, shorts sets and skirt sets.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully authorized.
  • Standard handling time is 2-4 business days.
  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding carrier-recognized public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and begin once the carrier has accepted the shipment.

4. Destination Availability

  • Shipping availability depends on the destination and the carrier service available for that order.
  • Eligible destinations and any applicable restrictions are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
  • If an address cannot be serviced, the order may be held for review or canceled and refunded.

5. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple fashion items may be delivered in separate packages when products are packed from different fulfillment locations or when one item is ready to ship earlier than another. When split shipments occur, tracking may be issued separately for each package.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, we send a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
  • Please use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest delivery status.

7. Delays Outside Our Control

  • Carrier delays, severe weather, customs review, labor disruptions, or peak-season volume may affect delivery estimates.
  • Transit estimates shown on this page and at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control once the package is in transit.

8. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Exceptions

  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, additional reshipping charges may apply.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is marked delivered but not received, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can review the issue. Include your order number, delivery address, and photos if the package or item was damaged in transit.
