How do I place an order?

Simply browse our apparel collections, select your size/color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you’re ready, click the cart icon and follow the checkout prompts.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your clothing orders easily and save your info for faster shopping next time.

What types of products do you sell?

We specialize exclusively in modern women’s apparel, including activewear, outerwear, denim, tops, bottoms, and curated clothing sets.

2. PAYMENT QUESTIONS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB) processed via Stripe and Airwallex, as well as PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols. We never store your full card details on our servers.

3. SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Anchorage, Alaska.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 2 – 3 business days.
  • Transit Time: 5 – 10 business days (from Alaska to Mainland US).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7 – 13 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your apparel ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

4. ORDER MANAGEMENT

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order enters the processing stage at our Alaska center and cannot be altered.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Clothing must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping to Alaska is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned apparel at our Anchorage facility, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within exactly 7 business days.

How do I know what size to pick?

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Since fit is essential for our apparel, we recommend measuring a similar garment you own for comparison.
